Donation-based yoga in the park!

Welcome to our first regular Sunday donation-based vinyasa yoga class at the park! Location may vary each week, as I'm still feeling out the most accessible/inviting spot for this meetup
We will flow through an hour-long practice, ending with a short guided meditation. Please bring a mat or towel, water, and anything else to help you feel comfortable, warm when needed, and maybe a journal!
Invite friends! All beings are welcome :)
No previous yoga experience necessary, just an open mind/heart.
Suggested donation of $15.
