Join us on Thursdays for our new hula hoop class! This class is every Thursday at 5:15pm-6:15pm. Online reservation is required. Please sign up at the link below.
Hoop Fitness (ages 15+)
In this fun exercise class, we'll be using the hula hoop to improve our agility, body awareness, and mobility. Hoop dancers will benefit by learning techniques and tricks to aid their hoop skills. No experience is needed!
Note: for those bringing their own hoops, we do not recommend weighted hoops in this class.
This class does not require any intro or prior experience. Students can sign up for a single class or use their memberships to enroll!
