KIDS Aerial Yoga Fun & Games (Ages 4+)

This all-levels class is Playful Peace Yoga’s signature class format, designed for all levels, ages 4 and up. We begin with a connection to the breath and the community of kids, introduce yoga elements in a playful and age-appropriate way, then move through a variety of kid-friendly tricks and mindful aerial games! We always finish with a healing rest and positive affirmations to seal our practice.
PLEASE NOTE: Pre-registration is recommended to reserve your spot (small class sizes), with a 12-hour cancellation policy. If, for any reason, you need to cancel your spot, please cancel no later than 12 hours before class. If not, we cannot reimburse the class for drop-ins and packages, and members will be charged a $10 fee. (We don't want to be this strict, but we must due to sold-out classes with wait lists.) I appreciate your understanding.
