ON OUR SPACIOUS OUTDOOR DECK
This class will flip your perspective, heal your body, and begin to explore your adventurous side! By moving into various postures in the aerial hammock, you will build core strength, achieve better alignment, and experience spinal decompression and full body relaxation. You will spend time both on the floor and in the hammock increasing range of motion, rebooting the circulatory system, and having fun. Modifications are used if necessary. This is a safe and highly therapeutic class. First timers welcome! Suitable for all levels.
