This Meetup is for people looking to cultivate self love and improve the quality of their life through their mental, emotional, and psychological health. Learn practical, effective ways to manage stress, feelings of overwhelm, rebuild self esteem and self worth.
Events include guided meditations, virtual support group series, online masterclasses, and workshops. Meet and network with other like-minded and like-hearted individuals.

Meditating helps us build mental muscles and mental strength, so that when our world feels chaotic or stressful, we have the mental ability and strength to ground or center ourselves with our breath and managing our racing thoughts.
Our last guided meditation in the park was relaxing and enjoyable.
All levels, especially beginners, are welcomed.Tickets are $10 per person.
Past participants have shared their intention for attending: “for inner strength”, “relaxation”, “learning how to sit with my feelings”, “I’m a parent and this is me-time/self care time”.
Join Dani La Barrie, Licensed Psychotherapist, Heartbreak Recovery & Confidence Coach, for a Guided Meditation in the Park gathering the fourth Saturday of every month at Black Point Park in Homestead/Miami. We meet in the grassy area next to the paved parking lot, from the SW 248th Street entrance of the park. Look for a large "Meditation with Dani La Barrie" sign.
No meditation experience is required. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, sheet, or towel (whatever you're most comfortable with). If you suffer from lower back pain, you're welcome to bring a cushion, pillow, or lawn chair. Bring water; wear sunscreen, a hat, and comfortable clothes. Come solo or bring friends :)
