Hi! ✨ Welcome to accessible somatic counselling for women. 🌱
Lately, I’ve been connecting with more and more women who feel like they’re living mostly in their heads — managing stress, burnout, or ongoing discomfort in the body. For many, this looks like holding tension, feeling tired even after rest, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, or navigating chronic or autoimmune conditions while still trying to “hold it all together.”

I’m a Somatic Counsellor (mind-and-body therapist), and my work focuses on helping women reconnect with their bodies in a supportive, grounded way. Together, we work with your nervous system to build regulation, safety, and a sense of coming back home to yourself.
Healing happens from the inside out — and it is possible to feel more connected to your body and less in your mind. Did you know the mind is sometimes the body's way of coping? Our minds try to help us by overthinking, so we may feel distracted from what we are feeling inside. While helpful at times, chronically it can cause physical symptoms such as poor sleep.
Together, we gently guide the body back to a state of self-regulation. Somatic therapy helps guide us towards a sense of relief.
To make therapy more accessible, I offer a community-based tiered pricing model rooted in trust and integrity. You choose the tier that reflects your current circumstances. This helps keep counselling inclusive, while also allowing those in steadier financial seasons to support others in our community.
