ArT PLATFORMA & TEATR FORMA
🔺ArT PLATFORMA & TEATR FORMA is an international performing arts platform and independent female-led theatre collective founded in Prague in 2016, now based in the Netherlands.
Founded by Juliana Berezhnaya — theatre, film and opera directress, educator and acting coach — and co-led with Eleonora Shafran, associate directress, acting coach and lead actress of TEATR FORMA, the platform brings together acting training, theatre laboratories, performances, festivals and artistic projects.
After years of creative work across Prague, Vienna and Berlin, we are now expanding in the Netherlands, creating powerful stage and educational experiences for locals, internationals, expats, actors, creatives and curious adults from different backgrounds.
✨ Acting For Life is our signature and most popular program — a professional acting training for adults who want to develop presence, confidence, body and voice awareness, emotional freedom, imagination and expressive power.
Through acting technique, movement, voice, improvisation, partner work and emotional expression, participants learn to communicate more freely, overcome inner blocks and feel more alive — for stage and everyday life.
The program is open to different levels: from complete beginners to experienced performers and creatives.
Alongside Acting For Life, we also organise theatre LaBs, intensive programs and festival projects, including our female-focused initiatives under HER STAGE.
