We_R_VR (Immersive Gaming Event)

Hello fellow gamers and virtual reality adventurers!

We_R_VR is a shared celebration of the most advanced and immersive gaming tech on the planet! Put on a headset and watch time and space morph into a deluge of alien worlds, heart stopping action, and undeniable immersion.

A large play space will be cleared on the roof with various lights positioned to ensure inside out tracking works appropriately. Two TV's will be in place with USB-C video adapters to allow you to show off your sick adventures to other guests through compatible streaming apps.

Wi-fi will be available but possibly limited and unreliable. Be prepared to use your mobile hotspot for multi-player games. There is plenty of space for room-scale experiences but only certain areas may be outfitted with the appropriate lighting once it gets dark.

Don't forget yours
Please bring your personal VR headset, desktop PC setups are also welcome if you are willing to put in the work to bring it. Troy will be happy to share his headset with anyone but we can't force others to be as generous.

Please also bring snacks and drinks to keep you energized during gameplay! Bonus points if you bring enough to share!

RSVP Policy:
15-participant maximum. No admission fee. If you RSVP please be sure you are free and plan to participate. Members who RSVP and do not show will be noted and may be removed from future RSVP lists until otherwise determined by the host.

Photos:
We take pictures at every event. Photography is one of Troy's passions. These pictures are used for the promotion of the community but can also be an opportunity for you to receive FREE self portraits. Please speak with Troy on arrival if you would like to receive a copy of a photo of you or if you would like them to be deleted. We respect all privacy requests.

Donations:
We never charge an entrance fee. The joy of bringing people together is priceless! Each event is an opportunity to elevate the experience, and we want to manifest all that limitless potential! We ask all members of the community to consider donating to this effort. With your help we can make each event as fun and memorable as we can handle! Let’s fly!!
