Gamers Get GAINS (Group Workout)

Hello fellow gamers!

If you feel like you have been missing that support that pushes you to reach just a little harder, so have we.

Gamers Get Gains is a gamified fitness event wholly focused on leveling up every participant’s strength, endurance, and mobility, whiles encouraging daily habits that will benefit not only our bodies, but also our mental health.

NO - you do not need to be “in shape” to feel welcome here.
YES - you can participate no matter what your goals may be.
Health is an undervalued foundation of our daily lives and everyone deserves a chance to be supported at every stage of their journey!

Here is the structure:
There are 3 decks - Upper Boddy, Lower Body, and Cardio.
The Group must draw 2 cards from each deck in any order. The chosen cards will specify the workout that is to be done together. All workouts are beginner friendly but If the exercise is too challenging or not challenging enough, just try your best or substitute for another similar workout. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need tips on how to modify any workout to best fit your unique needs.

After the workout we get to cool off and relax on the roof and enjoy the evening air.

Meet at - 226 N Lake St, Rooftop Gym @7pm
Please Bring – Water, any snacks you need to sustain your energy, a yoga mat if you aren’t comfortable on the gym floor, and a protein smoothy for post-workout intake.

RSVP Policy:
10-participant maximum. No admission fee. One guest is allowed per RSVP.
If you RSVP, please be sure you are free and plan to participate.

We take pictures at every event. These pictures are used for the promotion of the community. Please speak with Troy if you would like to receive a photo of you or if you would like them to be deleted. We respect all privacy requests.

We never charge an entrance fee. The joy of bringing people together is priceless! Each event is an opportunity to elevate the experience, and we want to manifest all that limitless potential!
