Hello fellow gamers!

If you have been looking for a place to escape the chaos that is quiet, inspiring, and filled with positive energy, so have we.

**Gamers Get Zen** is an event designed to aid our decompression, recentering, and emotional / psychological / spiritual elevation. Leave your burdens at the door, grab a cup of fresh tea, roll out your yoga mat, and enjoy the relaxing atmosphere with us.

Hot chamomile and other various tea will be available. Guests are encouraged to bring their favorite herbs to brew for themselves or to share. No food items or snacks allowed, please.

We will be performing this session in a Rooftop Gym or Studio depending on the number of RSVPs. To elevate the atmosphere we will be dimming the lights, smoke cleansing, burning incense, and playing relaxing mediation style music.

Participants can:

* Practice deep breathing while sitting, standing, or laying down.
* Do stretches or yoga so long as it doesn't disturb others.
* (If in gym) Utilize the equipment to maximize your stretches.

During Silent Hour please do not:

* Talk on the phone or to other participants
* Use your phone with high brightness (ringers must be silent)
* Make any unnecessary noises or sounds
* Enter or exit the room after Silent Hour has begun (bathroom ok)

8:00-8:30 Meet & Greet
8:30-9:30 Silent Hour
9:30-9:45 Goodbyes

There will be no late admissions. After 8:25, the host's phone will be put on silent and no one will be granted access further.

**Meet at -** 226 N Lake St, Rooftop Gym @8pm
**Please Bring –** Water bottle, yoga mat, tea (if you prefer to make your own), and a friend.

**RSVP Policy:**
15-participant maximum. No admission fee. One guest is allowed per RSVP. If you RSVP, please be sure you are free and plan to participate.
