My father is a great tennis player and can teach us a few lessons while also getting in a nice workout (he speaks low so get close to him and ask him to repeat himself if you cannot hear him). His name is James and he is very nice :)

I will also have you all running. If you hit the ball into the net you will have to get the ball and pass it along to your partner and then run back to the base line within 3 seconds. I will tell you what the base line is. No more than TWO bounces to hit the ball, if you let it bounce three or more times then you have to do ten push ups/ run and get all the other balls that are around the court.

Please bring your own tennis racquet, tennis shoes, wear sporty clothing, bring a towel, water, ice & a smile :)

Please no dogs. Please no children under under 18.
