Chef Ishvara will be your guide through Fordsburg. He has had years of experience traveling throughout India and the Middle East.
Ishvara previously lectured " World Cuisine " at Prue Leith Academy and regularly teaches cooking classes at people's homes.
The tour will include discussions about recipes & ingredients and lots of opportunities to taste street food.
