What started as sharing food photos on Instagram quickly transformed into a bustling takeaway business, amassing over 70,000 followers. Operating three days a week, the kitchen served over 200 meals nightly, earning up to £10,000 weekly.

The menu, featuring dishes like the £20 "Baller Combo"-spiced lobster tails, Cajun prawns, mac 'n' cheese, chicken, and Belgian waffles-attracted a devoted fanbase, including celebrities such as Stormzy and Leomie Anderson.
