WE’RE BACK — live and in person! Join us at The Dance Complex for a vibrant 90 minute Afro Flow Yoga® workshop of soul stirring movement, breath, and live healing music. Guided by founders Leslie and Jeff, this practice celebrates spirit, culture, and connection — rooted in the heart of the African Diaspora.
Whether you’re new or returning, come feel the joy of community, the healing power of rhythm, and the transformation of flow. Bring a journal and/or ancestral photos – whatever you need to support your practice.
