Afro Flow Yoga® was designed by Founders Leslie Salmon Jones and Jeff W. Jones, to promote healing, balance, peace through the practices of yoga, dance, rhythms, and cultural values of the African Diaspora, in a compassionate, non-judgmental and safe environment.
