BOSTON! Join us for a special morning of movement, live music, and intention as we welcome the New Moon at Foxglove Terrace—a powerful moment for new beginnings, inner peace, partnership, and planting seeds for what we hope to cultivate in the season ahead.

Experience the fusion of African Dance, Yoga, and live music through Afro Flow Yoga®, founded by Leslie Salmon Jones and Jeff W. Jones. Jeff W. Jones and acclaimed Boston saxophonist and vocalist Stan Strickland will provide live music throughout the experience, creating a dynamic soundtrack for movement and connection.

As we gather in this space, we’ll reflect on what we want to plant, nurture, and grow—within ourselves and within our community.

After the flow, continue the morning downstairs at Ama at the Atlas for brunch, connection, and community.

The practice will take place outdoors on the terrace, so please dress comfortably and come prepared for the weather. In the event of rain, the session will move indoors.

Please bring a yoga mat. This practice is open to all levels, ages, and abilities. No previous yoga or dance experience is necessary.
