What we’re about
This is a group for lovers of Afromusic [Afrobeats] and its dance forms. Hoping to create a community with passion for contemporary african rhythms. I keep googling for afrobeats events (dance classes, get-togethers, nightlife, groups...) and can't seem to find a reliable source of information. I would like to have a community of people with the same interest, and create a network and have fun! Please join and share your knowledge and ideas!

This class blends Afro choreography with performance-based movement—bridging the gap between social steps and stage-ready execution. Dancers will explore texture, expression, and dynamics while learning how to bring intention and presence to Afro-based routines. It’s about more than just the steps—it’s about performing them with power, control, and emotion. Perfect for dancers looking to elevate their style, performance quality, and connection to Afro movement.
