Hiking to Whitewater Preserve 🥾⛰️🌱

Details
It might be a little late in the season, but we've planned a hike!
Whitewater requires reservations on weekends during the summer, so we will set the number of participants to 8.
By the way, I really hate the heat, so I don't want to push myself or you hard.
If it's 80°F or higher early in the morning on the day, we may cancel🌡️.
In that case, we'll let you know as soon as possible, and we may change it to an early morning coffee event(by request)
If you've been interested in Whitewater but haven't been yet, sign up and come join us — we're hoping for cooler weather!

This hiking course has some uphill sections, so it's of moderate difficulty (not easy).
A loop course is also possible, and depending on the temperature, the hike has no trees for shade.
We may turn back earlier, with a total round trip of a maximum of 2.5 hours.
At the entrance, there's a cute little pond, and there are plenty of picnic tables and clean restrooms.
Our member Qui says, “It’s a really nice hike. One of my favorites here in Coachella Valley."
What to bring:
*Water - AI says "For a hot day hike, it's generally recommended to carry 1 liter of water per hour of hiking."
*Hiking shoes - or at least tennis shoes with good tread
*Sunblock
*Snacks - don't recommend chocolate
*no pets, no kids
*towel and swimsuits, if you want to dip in the water!
Let's consider carpooling.
For example, I can meet 30 minutes before at Agua Caliente in Rancho Mirage.
