About 2 years ago, I managed to shed 20kg, and I’ve been able to keep it off by sticking to some simple habits. One of the easiest—and most enjoyable—has been taking after-dinner walks with my wife. They’ve been a great way to stay in shape and feel energized.

I'd love to make this a group activity for anyone interested in keeping each other motivated!

We’ll do slow, relaxed walks around Clementi stadium every Monday and Wednesday from 830pm- 930pm. Will also share other practical simple lifestyle tips for your healthy journey.
