About us
Some films don’t end when the credits roll.
They linger. They shift over time. They mean something different depending on who you are, and when you watch them.
This film club is built around that idea:
there are as many versions of a film as there are people who watch it.
Each meeting, we’ll choose one film to watch on our own—at home, in a cinema, wherever works for you. Then we’ll come together to talk. Not as critics, but as viewers bringing our own experiences, interpretations, and questions.
This is a space for:
• Sharing personal impressions and emotional responses
• Exploring different perspectives on the same film
• Letting conversation take us somewhere unexpected
No background in film theory is needed. You don’t have to “analyze” anything. If something stayed with you—even if you’re not sure why—that’s more than enough.
How it works:
- Watch the selected film before the event
- Join us for a relaxed, moderated discussion
- Listen, share, reflect
The goal isn’t to agree—it’s to discover how differently (and similarly) we experience the same story.
Whether a film moved you, confused you, or stayed quietly in your mind, you’re welcome to bring that here.
