Motherhood can be loud, lonely, beautiful, and exhausting all at once.
After the crumbs is a quiet online space for moms to simply show up as they are — messy bun, half-finished chai, baby interruptions, and all.
This first meeting is not a workshop, not a lecture, and definitely not a place for unsolicited advice. It’s a warm hello. A few light games. Real conversations. Faces that look like yours. Stories that feel familiar.
You don’t need to prepare anything. You don’t need to perform.
Just come, listen, laugh a little, and feel less alone.
Cameras on or off. Babies welcome. Silence is welcome too.
This is a soft beginning — for connection, for comfort, for community.

Why “After the Crumbs”?

Crumbs are what’s left after everyone else has eaten.
For many mothers, that’s the moment the day finally slows down.

After the Crumbs is about that time after the feeding, the caretaking, the rushing.
When the work is mostly done, and you can sit down as yourself, not as someone needed by everyone at once.

The name reflects what this group is for:

  • Not fixing problems
  • Not learning how to be a better mom
  • Not performing or explaining your life

💛 Just meeting other mothers after the day’s demands, for connection that’s simple and human.

You don’t have to be put together.
You don’t have to arrive early in the day or full of energy.
You come as you are, after the crumbs.
