Stress Reset — Stretch & Breathwork

A short, guided session designed to interrupt the stress cycle and bring your nervous system back to baseline.

You’ll move through a sequence of somatic breathwork and targeted stretches — starting with the physiological sigh (the fastest known technique for reducing acute arousal), working into shoulder, jaw, and upper back release, and closing with a regulated breath pattern to restore calm.

No equipment needed. No experience required. Suitable for any fitness level.

What to bring: Comfortable clothing. A mat or soft surface if you have one.

What to expect:

• Breathwork techniques
• Gentle movement targeting where the body holds stress — jaw, shoulders, hips, psoas
• A body scan to close and integrate
