Empezamos el sábado viendo amanecer frente al mar.
Quedamos a las 7:30 AM en Puerta 1 del Postiguet y caminaremos juntos de forma tranquila y consciente hacia San Juan / Albufereta.

✨ Desayuno frente al mar
✨ Vuelta caminando a Alicante
No es una carrera ni una actividad exigente. Es un espacio para mover el cuerpo, respirar, conversar y disfrutar del amanecer en comunidad.
Al llegar a San Juan / Albufereta haremos una pausa para estirar suavemente y compartir un pequeño desayuno juntos.
👉 Trae algo sencillo para desayunar (y si quieres, para compartir).
👉 Ropa cómoda y agua.
Después regresaremos caminando tranquilamente hacia Alicante.
No necesitas experiencia previa ni estar en forma.
Solo ganas de empezar el día bonito.

Let’s start Saturday watching the sunrise by the sea.
We’ll meet at 7:30 AM at Gate 1, Playa del Postiguet, and enjoy a relaxed and mindful walk towards San Juan / Albufereta.
✨ Walk to San Juan / Albufereta
✨ Breakfast by the sea
✨ Walk back to Alicante
This is not a race or an intense workout. It’s a space to move, breathe, connect and enjoy the morning together.
When we arrive, we’ll do some gentle stretching and share a simple breakfast by the sea.
👉 Please bring something light for breakfast (and optionally to share).
👉 Wear comfortable clothes and bring water.
After breakfast, we’ll walk back to Alicante at an easy pace.
No fitness level required.
Just the intention to start your day differently.
