Looking for Basketball at just the right speed for you?

I am a Dad of two young children, I am 40 now and busier than I expected I would be!  I have missed playing basketball and am looking to exercise and make friends, play a friendly 60-90 min game, get a great run in and go home tired and happy.

I have put together a private basketball group that plays once a week in the Apex area. I am doing my best to keep the ages between 35-55. Games are Saturday mornings at 10 at Pleasant Park in Apex.
