
What we’re about
Our purpose is to provide a wide range of social events for our community of members who are close to the age of 50 or older.
We do not operate to generate a profit for only its owners or members. Instead, any revenue exceeding expenses is reinvested to further our organization's purpose and to serve and support our community.
Event and Activities:
Here are some examples of recreational and educational activities** and events** you can choose from:

Attending Events:
To attend any event you must be a paid member. Please, no drop in's
Annual Membership Fees:
Equal to about the price of one good quality restaurant meal (food, drink, taxes, tip) $49***
What value do you get?
- You can attend a year of social events and activities making new friends, exploring new interests and sharing new experiences.
- You benefit from the services of each volunteer organizer who invest hundreds of hours per year dedicated to planning, posting and attending events

Membership fees are pooled into a fund and are managed by the two owners, Anil and Harvey.
What do we use the fees for?
All expenses incurred are for the group's shared entertainment and social benefit. They include items such as;
- Meetup Platform Subscription Costs.
- Additional expenses such as these examples:
- Event supplies, party supplies, rental expenses, group social events (eg. picnics, ice cream socials) restaurant reservations charges, some organizer event expenses, event related transportation, purchase of new and replacement boardgames and sports equipment
Code of Conduct:
We provide a fun community that is safe and welcoming. This is a social group and not a dating site. Unsolicited messages to members are not allowed.
Treat everyone in a respectful and welcoming fashion. No bullying, harassment, antagonizing, aggression, accusations, demeaning or insults towards any member. These behaviors will not be tolerated and immediate expulsion from the group is possible.
Respect Volunteer Organizers:
They do their best and aim to deliver good value and great shared experiences. Please show respect and appreciation to all the volunteer organizers and owners for their time and effort.
