Pizza and Games - New West Pizzeria Ludica

Who’s up for a fun night of pizza and games?

Before Covid, I used to host a super popular monthly 50+ Pizza and Games Night at Pizzeria Ludica in New West through a local Facebook group. It was always a lot of fun — lots of laughs, great pizza, and a huge selection of games to choose from!

For our first night, I’m thinking we could start with Apples to Apples — it’s easy to learn and a lot of fun. But of course, we’ll play whatever the group decides!

A few details to know:

• Games are free to use, but everyone needs to order food and/or drinks equivalent to the price of a meal.

Some helpful info:

Parking: Paid street parking is in effect until 8 PM.

Transit:

• The restaurant is about halfway between New West and Columbia SkyTrain stations.
• To avoid the hill on 6th Street, get off at New West Station and walk along Carnarvon Street (north side). It’s about a 5-minute walk.

Food timing:

• The restaurant isn't big, and the kitchen is small, so food and drink orders may come out at different times.
• No worries though — we’ll have plenty of time to eat and play during our two-hour event!

Group size:

• I’ll keep it small for the first event.
• If there’s a waitlist, I’ll look at expanding it. Just a heads-up: groups of 7 or more will have an automatic 18% gratuity added to the bill. I’ll update in the event comments if that happens.
