This is going to be a very popular event. I went down and talked to them today. They told me even when you reserve tickets, you need to come extra early because they allow many more people to get tickets than can actually get seating. They said if you don't get seating by 5:45 you could be out of luck -- so please be on time. Familiarize yourself with how to find the location. It takes place in the HALL. Find me in the HALL by walking to the left as soon as you can after you enter. Go up a short flight of stairs, look for the stage, hopefully we will be early enough to get a table close. I will send people who have RSVP'd their ticket a few days before the event.

PLEASE BE ON TIME. If you have not been here - it is very close to the corner of Willingdon and Lougheed...easy assess to the skytrain. BUT be sure you know where you are going or you could be delayed if you get lost.
