Boxing Day Evening Snowshoe at Dog Mountain, Mount Seymour
Details
*This is a weather dependent event based on the amount of snow on the designated date.
*As this is an evening snow shoe, you will need a head lamp
Dog Mountain is a great snowshoe trail in Mount Seymour Provincial Park. At night, if it is clear, you will get a fantastic view of the lower mainland at night. The trek is beginner+-intermediate trail that has some ups and downs along with the occasional awkward section, but overall this is a flat and friendly snowshoe trail. You should be in reasonable physical condition to do this event. There are plenty of markers and the trail is well used so chances of straying off-course are minimal.
