New Year Eve party at a members home in Kerrisdale (exact address will be sent to those confirmed going)

EVENT DETAILS:

Each person contributes $40*** This will cover the cost of Chinese takeout, supplies and NYE party favors.

BYOB and bring optional extra "drinks" for sharing.

We will have some easy boardgames for anyone who wants to play. If you can bring some easy games and/or cards that would be great!

HOW TO ATTEND:

STEP 1:

RSVP if you are interested in attending, waitlist if any. We may increase the number of spots.

STEP 2:

I will send a direct message to you asking for an etransfer.

You will have 12 hours to respond to my message that you are still interested in going or cannot. If you are going you need to send an etransfer to me within 12 hours. Otherwise, you will be moved to not going and I will message the next person.

As we make commitments to purchasing items and pre-ordering the food here is the cancelation policy. If for any reason (no exceptions) you cancel, below is the non-refundable schedule condition.

Non-refundable portion of $40 meaning the amounts below will be deducted from your $40 and you will get back the net amount.

  • December 12, 30%, $12
  • December 17, 60%, $24
  • December 22, 100%, $40
  • You must message me before any of these dates.

    Home owners private address will be sent directly to those confirmed going (ie. paid) just before Christmas.
  • Arrive anytime after 7:45pm
  • Food served not before 9pm
