• To participate at this NYE event the hotel has a mandatory $85++ dinner set (served until 10pm). See the link above for dinner information.
• No advance ticket purchase necessary
• The kitchen closes at 10pm, and the bar stays open until late.
• Live music and dancing starts at 9pm and goes on until late.

• Esther will arrive early (8pm).
• Once the 5 members have rsvp'd, please NO drop-in's to join Esther at the table unless there is space on the table. Please communicate with Esther.

• RSVP to attend by securing your spot

After you RSVP as going you have 12 hours to send an e-transfer for $15* as your "Commitment Deposit" to secure your spot. After 12 hours, you will be moved to not going.

Your Commitment Deposit:
This represents your commitment to attend for dinner at 8pm (not later)

• After you arrive at the table, Esther will confirm with Anil and you will get $15 etransfered back from Anil within 48 hours (January 1st or 2nd)
• If you cancel ANYTIME for ANY REASON, your deposit is 100% non-refundable and will be contributed to the meetup group account managed by Anil and Harvey
