### Who We Are

We are women who carry a lot — and still keep showing up.
We’ve spent years taking care of everyone else… and somewhere along the way, we forgot to make space for ourselves.
Here, there’s no performing.
No pretending.
Just breathing room, fresh air, and women who understand the full life you’re navigating.

### Why We Walk

Walking is one of the simplest, most effective ways to clear stress from the body, improve mood and energy, and support long-term health — especially as we age.
Add real conversation and connection, and the impact deepens.

I’m Alaine, a certified health, life, and transformational coach, and I host these walks because movement + nature + connection creates clarity, confidence, and a sense of steadiness we don’t always get in everyday life.
This isn’t about fitness.
It’s about feeling better — mentally, emotionally, and physically.

### What We Do

• Weekly walks on beautiful, easy-access trails
• A simple grounding moment before we start
• 60 minutes of movement at a relaxed, conversational pace
• Optional time afterward for connection or coffee
