Sunday class starts at 9:00am

This yoga class takes place in a heated room.
Beginners are welcome. Class includes step by step instructions.

Remember to hydrate well before and after class!

Registration through the Ageless Yoga website is required.

The sign-up deadline is 8:00pm, the night before class.
