Heated Yoga
Sunday class starts at 9:00am

This yoga class takes place in a heated room.
Beginners are welcome. Class includes step by step instructions.

Remember to hydrate well before and after class!

Your RSVP is appreciated but registration through the Ageless Yoga website is required.

The sign-up deadline is 8:00pm, the night before class.
If we see a Meetup RSVP but no registration through the Ageless Yoga website, a spot at class will not be reserved for you.
