In this session, I will walk the participants through a complete, practical implementation of a UiPath Agent, starting from understanding the use case to fully orchestrating it across UiPath services. The session will be divided into two major phases:

• Defining Problem Statement: What business challenge we are addressing and what outcome we aim to achieve.
• Why UiPath Agent?: Explanation of why this scenario is a strong fit for an agentic automation approach instead of a traditional RPA workflow.
• Complexity Breakdown
• Document/process complexity
• Decision-making needs
• Why an agent-driven, iterative approach is more suitable
• Expected behaviour and constraints
This phase sets the context for when and why organisations should prefer UiPath Agents.

Phase 2: Hands-On Build – End-to-End Agentic Automation
Participants will follow along as we construct the full solution:
Building the Base RPA Workflow
• Creating the underlying sequence/process
• Implementing reusable components
• Preparing the workflow for agent integration
Creating the UiPath Agent
• Defining the agent
• Connecting the workflow to the agent
• Configuring prompts, capabilities, and agentic logic
• Testing the agent behaviour
Building the UiPath App
• Designing an app interface for users to interact with the agent
• Linking the app to the agent for real-time responses
• Passing inputs/outputs and handling human-agent communication
Orchestrating the Entire Flow
• Using UiPath Orchestrator to bind workflows, apps, and the UiPath Agent
• Setting up triggers and execution flows
• Demonstration of the full agentic workflow in action
• Monitoring and managing the automation
