In this hands-on session, you'll explore how Coding Agents can work alongside UiPath developers to simplify development tasks, write and understand code, troubleshoot issues, and accelerate the journey from an idea to a deployable automation.
You'll also get hands-on with the UiPath CLI, learning how command-line capabilities can be incorporated into a modern development workflow to build, validate, package, and deploy UiPath automation projects.

## WHAT WE'LL DO DURING THE SESSION

During the workshop, you'll work hands-on with UiPath development tools, Coding Agents, and the UiPath CLI to:

• Explore how Coding Agents can support UiPath development workflows
• Use natural-language prompts to describe development requirements
• Generate and refine code with the assistance of AI
• Understand and review AI-generated code before incorporating it into an automation
• Use Coding Agents to explain existing code and understand unfamiliar logic
• Troubleshoot development issues and errors using AI-assisted guidance
• Modify and optimize solutions as requirements evolve
• Explore the UiPath CLI and understand its role in a developer-centric automation workflow
• Use CLI commands to build, validate, package, and manage UiPath automation projects
• Work with automation packages and understand how they can be prepared for deployment
• Explore how CLI-based workflows can support repeatable and streamlined development and deployment processes
• Combine Coding Agents and CLI capabilities to move from development → validation → packaging → deployment
• Build and test a practical automation scenario using the tools covered during the session

You'll experiment with AI-assisted development, review and refine the generated solutions, and use the UiPath CLI to perform key development and delivery activities.

## PRE REQUISITES

To get the most out of this hands-on workshop, participants should have the following ready before the session:

• 🪟 Windows 10 or Windows 11 (64-bit) machine
• 🛠️ UiPath Studio 2026.6 or later with support for Coding Agents/coding assistants
• ☁️ UiPath Orchestrator account with the required access
• 💻 Visual Studio Code (VS Code) installed
• 🟢 **Node.js** installed and configured
• 🌐 Stable internet connection

Please ensure that all required software and accounts are set up before the workshop so you can participate in the hands-on exercises without interruptions.
Basic familiarity with UiPath automation development, programming concepts, and command-line tools is recommended.
