About us
Welcome to the Agentic AI Community Jaipur Meetup! We are a group focused on exploring the intersection of new technology, AI, Agents and automation. Our discussions cover topics such as Artificial General Intelligence, AI algorithms, power and impact of leveraging LLMs and how different technologies in AI space work hand in hand. Whether you're a beginner or an expert in the field, join us to expand your knowledge and network with like-minded individuals. Let's learn, share, and grow together in the world of agentic AI!

Agentic Automation in Practice: Maestro Flow, Live Build & Hands-On Workshop
Vanshiv Technologies, SFS CIRCLE, New Sanganer Rd, GP Colony, Agarwal Farm, Mansarovar, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302020, India, Jaipur, RJ, INThe Jaipur chapter's first in-person meetup is built around one idea: if it cannot be built live in front of you, it does not go on stage. An empty Maestro Flow canvas becomes a running process with orchestration, classification and human approval. Agentic and rule-based go head-to-head on the same problem, and then we deliberately break both to find out which failure mode you can actually live with. There is also an honest session on what you only learn after go-live: where the human belongs, what it costs once volume triples, and what you wish you had logged when someone asks why it failed.
Then it is your turn. Open your laptop and build a working classifier yourself, with people on hand when you get stuck.
There is an open mic if you have been thinking about speaking, and speed mentoring where you can take a real problem to someone who has already been through it. And there is dedicated time over refreshments to meet the people you have only seen in a group chat.
If something breaks on stage, we debug it live. That is the point.Agenda
10:30 AM | Doors open, registration, and a laptop setup check before we start.
11:00 AM | Welcome (10 min) Chapter story, how the day runs, and what you walk out with.
11:10 AM | Live build: Maestro Flow and Autopilot (40 min) An empty canvas to a running complaint intake process with orchestration, classification, and a human approval step. Built live, debugged live if it breaks.
11:50 AM | Face-off: agentic vs rule-based (20 min) The same problem solved two ways, side by side, then broken with real-world inputs. An honest look at which failure mode you can live with.
12:10 PM | Hands-on lab (45 min) Bring a laptop. You build a working complaint classifier yourself, with help on hand. No prior Maestro experience needed.
12:55 PM | Refreshments and networking (45 min) Tea, coffee, and light refreshments. Time to meet the people you have only seen in the WhatsApp group, and to finish your lab build if you are still going.
1:40 PM | What decides production (30 min) Human-in-the-loop design patterns, the cost and token economics nobody puts in the pitch deck, and the observability you need to answer "what happened on Tuesday."
2:10 PM | Open mic (15 min) Three five-minute slots, first-time speakers only.
2:25 PM | Speed mentoring (20 min) Rotate through experienced automation developers. Bring your actual blocker.
2:45 PM | Wrap-up and what comes next (15 min) Where to go from here if you are starting out, the Jaipur Playbook repo, and a group photo.
3:00 PM | CloseWho this is for: Automation developers, solution architects, students, and anyone deciding whether agentic automation is real yet. All levels welcome.
**Bring a laptop.
**Create your free UiPath Community account at https://cloud.uipath.com/portal_/register and sign in once at home so any account issues surface early, not during the lab.

Building the Dark Testing Factory for SAP S/4HANA Projects [Webinar]
·OnlineOnlineSAP S/4HANA is changing how enterprises run their business. It should also change how we think about testing.
Join Jeevan Koneti, bestselling author of Mastering Quality Engineering for SAP S/4HANA, as he explores the journey from traditional SAP testing to Agentic Testing, Continuous Testing, and the Dark Testing Factory.
This will not be just a conceptual session. Through live demonstrations, Jeevan will show how modern quality engineering approaches can be applied to real-world SAP S/4HANA programs.
You will also walk away with a practical learning and certification roadmap to help prepare yourself and your teams for the next generation of SAP Quality Engineering.
If you work with SAP, Quality Engineering, Testing, Automation, or S/4HANA transformation programs, don’t miss this session.
Agenda for the Hour-- Why Traditional Testing Falls Short for S/4HANA — Understand why conventional test approaches struggle with the scale, speed, integrations, and continuous change of modern SAP programs.
- Agentic Testing for SAP — Explore how AI agents can support test design, automation, data, execution, analysis, and maintenance.
- Building Continuous Testing — Learn how to move from periodic testing cycles to continuous, risk-driven validation across the S/4HANA lifecycle.
- Building the Dark Testing Factory — See how agents, automation, orchestration, and human governance can work together toward increasingly autonomous testing.
- Live Demonstrations — Experience practical examples of agentic and autonomous testing applied to SAP scenarios.
- Learning & Certification Roadmap — Understand the skills, learning paths, and certifications quality engineers should consider for the next generation of SAP testing.
See you on the other side of the screen super soooonnn!!!
