From Random Prompts to a Personal AI System
Details
Most people begin using AI one prompt and one conversation at a time. Before long, useful instructions become buried in old chats, important files are scattered across different tools, and every new project feels like starting over.
What if you could turn those disconnected pieces into an organized personal AI system?
Join Agentic AI Seattle for a practical introduction to building an AI Operating System, or AI OS. An AI OS is a transparent, file-based workspace that provides AI with consistent instructions, organized knowledge, and repeatable workflows.
The session will be led by Brian Griffin, Founder and CEO of BetterBoost, an AI consultancy that helps businesses design and implement practical AI systems, workflow automations, AI agents, and data analytics solutions.
Brian will draw from real systems that he and his team are currently building, including a master instruction library that helps AI models follow consistent rules and an AI-assisted Artifact Creator designed to guide internal and client projects from initial discovery through completed project documentation.
Unlike a more advanced AI “Second Brain” built with vector databases and retrieval systems, an AI OS can begin with tools you may already understand, including folders, Markdown files, and applications such as Obsidian. You can clearly see what the AI reads, what it writes, and how information moves through the system.
During this beginner- and intermediate-friendly session, you will learn:
- What an AI Operating System is and how it differs from ordinary AI chats
- How to organize reusable instructions, reference materials, templates, and project knowledge
- When to implement a skill and when to use instructions
- How a simple inbox-and-outbox workflow helps AI process information and produce organized results
- Why transparent, file-based systems are an accessible starting point for working with AI agents
- How an AI OS can evolve into a more advanced, vector-based Second Brain
- How real AI operating systems can support projects, business documentation, and repeatable workflows
You do not need to be a developer or understand vector databases to benefit from this session. Whether you are experimenting with ChatGPT, organizing your first AI workflows, or beginning to explore AI agents, you will leave with a clearer framework for moving from random prompts to a personal AI system that works more consistently.
