We're starting with the tool that has zero barrier — open source, no cost. Just you and your laptop.
7:00–7:45 — Live Follow-Along We install and run OpenCode together, step by step. You follow along on your own laptop in real time. By the end of the 45 minutes you'll have a working AI coding agent on your machine that can read files, write code, and automate tasks — for free, running locally.
We'll also briefly show Claude Code and OpenAI Codex so you know what's out there and how they compare. Both require a subscription — OpenCode doesn't.
7:45–8:30 — Open Floor Bring your actual problem — a workflow you hate, a folder full of chaos, a task you do manually every week. We'll help you figure out whether and how AI can take it over. Developers welcome to pair up and build while the rest of the room works through their situations.
If you're already building with AI agents — subagents, prompt architecture, MCP — come anyway. The open floor is where that conversation happens.
What to bring: A laptop. That's it. No setup required beforehand — we do it together.
