๐ค Ben Flint, ALIVE - an open-source Personal Context Manager
Talk Title: Context Is the Product
Talk Summary: We talk about AI features. But the thing users actually want is a product that knows them. Ben Flint built a structured context system, a disciplined way of capturing and surfacing what matters, and watched it change how agents perform. He'll cover the taxonomy of context (what's worth remembering, what decays, what's dangerous), the architecture that emerged, and why he thinks context management is an underbuilt product category hiding in plain sight inside every AI-powered tool.
Speaker Bio: Ben Flint is a top 250 Australian entrepreneur (Newscorp), he builds enterprise systems and context infrastructure for AI. He created ALIVE โ an open-source Personal Context Manager that runs as a Claude Code plugin, giving users persistent memory, structured context, and a personal knowledge system that survives across sessions.
Before ALIVE, Ben founded Supernormal Systems, a digital agency serving clients including Novatti (ASX), ConnectWise, and every major global sovereign mint. He went viral in late 2025 after rebuilding the $96.5M Bureau of Meteorology website in under an hour using AI โ a story covered across Australian television, radio, and print.
Ben studied at Harvard Business School Online (Disruptive Strategy) and Oxford's Saรฏd Business School. He's based in Melbourne, speaks fluent Mandarin, and has lived and built across Hong Kong, Shanghai, New York, Singapore, and Japan.
We look forward to seeing you there!
