What takes to move from Scrum Master to RTE role?

Link visible for attendees

As a Scrum Master, most of us would have pondered the question, "What next?". Each organization has its own career path and different answers.

As a natural progression, many large enterprises will scale up, and the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) is the most preferred option. Release Train Engineer, aka RTE, is called "Chief Scrum Master" for the train, coaching the train to succeed in Value Delivery.

In this Webinar, we will explore the success factors for an RTE and how you can build that expertise as a Scrum Master.

Facilitation - A Key Skill for Scrum Master

Link visible for attendees

As a Scrum Master, one has to don many hats and has taken many stances. One of the key stances a Scrum Master has to take up is to be a facilitator.

Have you ever been part of a retrospective which is not engaging?
Have you been to a retrospective which often has the same format:

✔ What went well?
✔ What did not go well?
✔ What to improve?
✔ Have you ever come out of a meeting feeling nothing was achieved?
✔ Have you ever left an event thinking - I did not even speak my mind?

If the answer to any of these questions is Yes, then join me to explore how to make the events more engaging and worthwhile for everyone.

At Agilemania we are hosting a webinar on Facilitation - a key skill for Scrum Masters. Mark the date and time.
