As 2018 winds down and the holidays approach, it's a good time to start setting the foundation for 2019. Please join our last session of 2018 for the Atlanta Scrum User Group Lean Coffee event!
For those new to Lean Coffee, it is a structured, but agenda-less meeting. Participants gather, build an agenda, and begin talking. Conversations are directed and productive because the agenda for the meeting was democratically generated.
The goal is to have topics you are all passionate about discussed and build a backlog of ones to speak on in 2019.
