Kimberly Wiefling is a physicist turned leadership expert, known for helping teams achieve what seems impossible. She's the author of the global bestseller “Scrappy Project Management”, the founder of Wiefling Consulting, and cofounder of Silicon Valley Alliances. Her latest book, “Turning Ideas Into Impact”, is an anthology with 15 Silicon Valley consultants.

With a decade at HP and years in startups leading complex product development, Kimberly has worked with over 50+ globalizing Japanese companies and professionals from 50+ countries to solve global challenges profitably. Kimberly lives and works in Silicon Valley. She’s helped to start, run, and grow many small businesses, including several that are still alive and profitable. One of these successful businesses even grew to millions in revenue with only seed funding from her and the other founders. Kimberly’s superpower is transforming managers into leaders and groups into high-performing teams who can achieve “Impossible” together. She is a passionate advocate for planetary sustainability and has been supporting it through her volunteer efforts for several years. This includes facilitating a course called “Engineering Climate Management & Entrepreneurship” at Stanford’s Doerr School every year. She is shifting her focus more towards facilitating breakthroughs in corporate sustainability that benefit Our World.
