During his 12-year career at Deloitte, he served as a Senior Manager, leading high-profile client projects, and developed key Program Management methodologies. Since leaving Deloitte, Mike has trained thousands of managers and professionals in management, leadership, project management, and personal professional effectiveness. In 2016, he started building OnlinePMCourses to offer video-based and blended project management training globally. His Project Management YouTube channel has over 700 videos, 145,000 subscribers, and more than 11 million views. It covers all aspects of Project Management. Mike is a prolific writer, speaker, trainer, and author of 15 books- including five about Project Management. His latest book is "How to Negotiate", published by Kogan Page in May 2025.
