Details
In September, we continue or exploration of Hofstede's culture dimensions with a look at Uncertainty Avoidance and Long Term Orientation.
The foundational research begun by Geert Hofstede in the 1960's identified the dimension of national culture called Uncertainty Avoidance. The dimension of Long Term Orientation was added in 1991 based on research by Michael Harris Bond. We'll examine them in parallel...what do they tell us about people, and how do they factor in to the culture of an organization trying to be Agile?
Please join us as we continue the journey of exploration.
