In dutch we have a saying "Oefening baart kunst" meaning "Practice makes perfect". One has to practice a technique over and over again before it becomes second nature to that person. It's like me having practiced karate for 20 year and trained my techniques over and over again before mastering them.
It's about the "shu" & "ha" of "shuhari".

Only hands-on and interactive workshops will be held in this atelier, no boring Powerpoints. No theory during theses ateliers!
The concept of the Agile atelier is the same as my former karate club: Only the trainer knows upfront which topics he/she will train; the Agile atelier will be held 1x per week. So, all the topics will be trained over and over during the year making you experts in these techniques at the end. I'm also thinking of color belts like in karate to know your level and to reward your efforts.
