Workshop: Exploring Alternative Transformation Models

Current transformation models focus on outputs, not outcomes, processes and tools, not people and interactions, on top down change, not on engagement. They often miss the accountability, visibility and WIP limits and are executed in silos.

Fortunately, there are new transformation movements on the horizon - Open Space Agility, Agenda Shift and Open Beta bring new thinking and new principles of change. Let’s investigate these new models in an interactive workshop. We will explore a north star for continuous transformations, generate outcomes, create story map for the change and create our first release of transformation. You will get a chance to try out new tool to explore change and see what is possible
