Welcome to the funeral of Agile. It has brought us a lot of fun, a lot of cool workshop ideas, story points, work, contracts, high rates, and fancy LinkedIn titles. We have been showing off at the BBQs to tell what great things we were doing by making people answer the same three questions daily and creating pretty presentations to demo our Jira tickets.
Or is this fake? Is Agile dead, though? Are we looking at the zombies and realising we are still alive? With you reading this, we can safely (no pun intended) say that you are alive. Therefore, agile is still alive. However, it is not what we once used to know as ‘Agile’. During this interactive talk, we will go through the agile lifecycle and show why we think it is still alive. We give you the insights to fight off the Agile Zombies and bring it back to what it means and always has been meant to be.
