„Agile Collaboration - How do we do that between Organizations?“

Hello dear agile community, practitioners and newcomers!

The agile-culture change is gaining speed and it seems it will keep us busy for quite some time in the future. The world of classic and agile is colliding every day. We want to look at how successful collaboration could work not in but between organizations.
We invite you to discuss some topics that we stumble upon in our adventures in large companies across the globe. Let’s exchange experiences, opinions and insights to make the large industries a bit more agile!

Agile Collaboration Client & Contractor
Stefan Weber is not only working for automotive supplier Continental but is also engaged in the VDA German Association of the Automotive Industry. In this engagement he focused especially on Agile Collaboration between Client & Contractor. We are happy to hear him talk about a new approach.

//BREAKOUTS
We want to create up to four BreakOuts to different topics:
1st breakout: Agile Collaboration Client & Contractor (from Insight talk)
2nd breakout: Agile @ Hardware
3rd breakout: New Work / Agile Remote in collaborations
4th breakout: [voted live during the event]

2nd to 4th are OPEN breakouts. We will decide live within the event which topic you want to talk about. Here are some ideas we have:
