P3 MeetUp: „The agile observatory – measure and control in the agile way “

Hello dear agile community, practitioners and newcomers!

The agile-culture change is gaining speed and it seems it will keep us busy for quite some time in the future. It is important not to lose sight of your goals and orientation. We want to look at how we can measure and control our goals and how to find the North Star, keep an eye on it and still not lose our bearings on cloudy nights.
We invite you to discuss some topics that we stumble upon in our adventures in large companies across the globe. Let’s exchange experiences, opinions and insights to make the large industries a bit more agile!

Measuring cultural vitality by Prof. Dr. Thomas Ginter
Prof. Dr. Thomas Ginter is the dean of the degree “organisational design” on the HfWU-University in Nürtingen. As an expert of cultural and organizational transformation, he will give valuable impulse about one of the first steps for improving the corporate being: measuring their current state of cultural vitality and agile readiness and set goals for their target state of it.
//BREAKOUTS
We want to create up to four BreakOuts to different topics:
1st breakout: Objectives and Key Results (OKR)
2nd breakout: Lean Agile Metrics
3rd breakout: Measuring of the agile readiness
4th breakout: Back to Office / Agility after Corona
2nd to 4th are OPEN breakouts. We will decide live within the event which topic you want to talk about. Of course, you can suggest your own topic!

//NETWORKING
The main event is taking place online in MS Teams but the social part will be in “Gather”. Treat yourself with a drink and feel free to start conversations and networking. We are looking forward to meet you!
