“Here’s to the crazy ones, the misfits, the rebels, the trouble makers, the round pegs in square holes… the ones who see things differently - they are not fond of rules…you can quote them, disagree with them, glorify or vilify them, but the only thing you can’t do is ignore them because they change things…they push the human race forward, and while some see them as the crazy ones, we see genius, because the ones who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.”
Steve Jobs
Join for a lively discussion on why living our purpose is so key to our lives, both personal and professional.
After our personal exploration of inner core values during the last meetup, this coming meetup will be about purpose. Are we conscious about our purpose in life and in the work place? Are we aligned with what we say and what we do? What can we learn from organizations that embarked on large-scale purpose discovery efforts? Some at the scale of 100,000 people globally.
This session
Will be a very open, interactive discussion and experience-sharing on how we can all live closer to our personal purpose and what usually happens if we don’t!
Let’s share some examples of and learnings from organizations with a clear purpose and ‘why’, that are clearly making a difference in the world. How did they get there and what process if any did they use?
Let’s also discuss how can we support and facilitate teams as Agile coaches to discover their shared purpose and also support them to live it each day.
